Here is some normal information for you review:

Remark 1:  How could I get a sample?           
Sample means the first quantity under 5pcs for one kind product.Please make sure that you need business sample to envaluate the project market research firstly.Pls remit us the samples funds(often add USD20 based on the container order) to our bank account,after got your funds, we will send you the samples in 5 days!!!           
           
Remark 2: Could I get a price list?           
Sure,normally you will receive formal offer within 6 hours from our workers after your equiry sent out by fax,email with the exact product code number of your interesting ,planing quantity,and prior market,we will be swiftly back you satisfiedly.    
           
Remark 3: What kind of shipment do we use?           
We usually prefer ship the products through our local shipping agent to book the shipping space from COSCO,LT,CSCL,APL,CHINA SHIPPING...,we closely work to track the shipping to make shipping perfectly, if you have your pointed shipping agent, We also can do.  just we need make a agreement with your agent shipper, the paperwork content is: If importor don’t get then importor’s oringal B/L that cannot to pick up the goods at port!!    

Remark 4: What about warranty?           
The warranty period will be counted since the container arriving the first discharging port,we will give you one year for engine(dirt bike,quad or gasoline scooter engine) and 8 month for dirt bike and quad parts and 1 year for gasoline scooter parts warranty!!!we will send you free parts or engine in the above warranty period if your bike have broken in warranty,by express,DHL/FED-EX/EMS/TNT.    

Remark 5: What about the terms to become our sole distributor in your city, area or state,country?           
That would be depend on different market situation, If you can sell our products worth US$10,000 ----50,000/kind monthly, we can start the negotiaton for the distributor project, when the turnover of our products over US$80000 per month,we can start the negotiation for your state/province. Any contract of sole-distributor will be specified with the exact area,exact product code number, and period.  

Remark 6: How much Free Spare part that we can provie you?           
3% free spare part will be automaticlly put in the container which only contained one kind product; if mixed container, 1% free spare parts for kind will be available; no spare parts supply for sample order. If impotor have big quantity order, we can provide 5% free parts for each container!!! Also of course you can buy extra parts from our company !     

Remark 7: About OEM style to produce your own brand products in China?    
Of course ,we can do the OEM for container order (contain one kind) in free charge ,if mixed container, you will be asked to bear the OEM sticker making cost. any OEM project will be against the necessary legal authority letter that grant us to make the products under this special brand.
